Message to clients

It is a natural part of the human experience to go through difficult times at some point in our lives. We all may benefit from asking for and accepting help while going through a crisis or staying stuck. if I am not able to help you, I will refer you to someone who is the right fit for you. I am particularly interested in working with clients who are depressed, have anxiety disorders, including social phobia, and young adults who are experiencing a "failure to launch". I believe that therapy works when there is a collaboration between therapist and client. I feel strongly that you must be invested in your treatment for it to work, and I will listen to your preferences and opinions and we will develop a recovery plan together.
