Message to clients

Hi, I’m Tzvi (pronounced Suh-vee), and I want you to know how much respect I have for the step you're taking toward therapy. Reaching out for support takes a great deal of courage, and I don’t take that lightly. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve been here before, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and care.

I believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship we build together. That connection—our therapeutic alliance—is the foundation for any growth or change. I’ll work collaboratively with you to ensure your goals are heard and honored, and that the process feels safe and empowering. I'm not here to tell you how to live your life, but to walk beside you as you explore what’s working, what’s not, and what you want moving forward.

My approach is flexible, trauma-informed, and rooted in deep respect for your lived experience. I draw from tools like CBT, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and EMDR when it’s helpful, but more importantly, I strive to make sure you feel seen, understood, and supported. I care about who you are, not just what you’re struggling with.

I hope therapy with me feels like a place where you can bring your full self—without judgment, pressure, or expectation. My role is to help you connect more deeply with yourself and what matters most to you. I’d be honored to be a part of that process.
