Message to clients

Change is inherent in the process of life. Whether change comes unexpectedly or is something that you seek, adjusting to change can be challenging. As your provider, will I strive to collaborate with you and equip you with tools to navigate life’s changes more skillfully in order to live a more values-congruent life. I believe you possess innate strengths that can be yielded to create a life where you are thriving!

While leveraging your innate strengths as assets, I facilitate time-sensitive and evidence-based psychotherapy approaches to bolster your skillsets and aide you in meeting your specific treatment goals. On average, time-sensitive and evidence-based psychotherapy approaches demonstrate results within 16-weeks. These outcomes may vary depending on the unique circumstances and treatment goals of each individual. I employ measurement-based care throughout treatment to gauge progress and inform any changes that need to be made to your treatment plan. My goal as a provider is to help you feel confident in the skills you acquire during our work together and successfully complete therapy in a timely manner – that you can be your own fierce advocate no matter what life may bring.
