Victoria utilizes a strengths-based approach in her practice and draws from Internal Family Systems Therapy and Narrative Therapy to help individuals externalize the challenges they are facing. She aims to empower her clients to help them realize they have the tools necessary to work through these challenges.

Life transitions - Coping with difficult or impactful life changes, such as moving to a new area, relationship transitions, child rearing, or career changes; learning self-care to better manage resulting stress
Post-traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) - Healing painful experiences and memories from the past
Stress management - Strengthening effective ways of coping with the stress of life and change; managing expectations of self and others
Substance abuse - Reducing and preventing the negative impact of drug and alcohol use and addictions on physical, emotional, and relational health
Mood disorders - Clinical depression, persistent depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders that cause disturbances in the client's mood, causing mood swings, restless sleep, and/or elevated mood
Social anxiety - Helping clients increase confidence and ability to interact with others amidst fear of being judged, worry about embarrassment, or concern about offending others
