Victoria Sliva is a Clinical Psychologist in Westchester, New York who specializes in working with clients for issues related to mood concerns, relationships issues, eating disorders, and self-esteem and body image. She also has experience working with gender diverse and LBGTQIA folks, with adolescents, and with clients that struggle with substance use. Her practice is open to individual adults, and she also works with families and groups. Additionally, Victoria has a special interest in working with creative clients, including artists, writers, and performers and invites them to bring their work into the therapeutic space.
Victoria’s approach is down to earth and relatable, setting clients at ease so they can make genuine progress in treatment. She is skilled at incorporating Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), empowering her clients to strengthen their distress tolerance and manage their emotions.
