Professional statement

I consider myself fortunate to be able to walk alongside clients to help them achieve healing & happiness. I enjoy working with clients who are challenged by unresolved trauma, mood disorders, personality disorders & identity issues. I utilize a variety of techniques including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing & EMDR to challenge your insecurities & self doubt.

My goal in working with you is to provide a safe space, a non-judgmental place where you feel comfortable and heard. I work primarily with adolescents, adults and couples struggling with a variety of issues. I utilize humor and authenticity to cultivate emotional safety while challenging my clients to maximize their potential. I would love to help support you during your journey towards self actualization. You matter and you are safe here!

Message to clients

After growing up experiencing trauma, I was drawn to this field with a passion for helping and healing others.
