Yume is a licensed clinical social worker based in Narragansett, RI who works with people ranging from young adults to older adults. Many of Yume’s clients struggle with depression, anxiety, coping with life transitions, careers, or maintaining healthy relationships. However, Yume’s clients feel empowered and hopeful about their futures as they work together to develop the tools they need to live the life they truly want.
Yume’s expertise lies in using cognitive behavioral therapy and solutions focused therapy to explore how a client can stop the endless cycle of negative thinking and develop the tools they need to live a healthier, more fulfilling life. Yume works together with clients to help them to break unhealthy patterns that are preventing them from living their most fulfilling lives. Using a nurturing, strengths based approach, Yume will help clients to realize their full potential and how they can use their own strengths to live the life they truly want.
