Zach Holzman is a Licensed Professional Counselor with eight years of experience of implementing evidence-based counseling techniques for government funded community agencies. He conceptualized and applied full counseling programs ranging from individuals, families, and group settings with clients from five to seventy-five. His core competencies include analytical therapeutic skills, crisis management with adolescent and adult populations, innovative collaboration with clients and colleagues. Zach has his Master's degree in Counseling from Indiana University. He is available for telehealth sessions.

Zach's goal is to empower his clients to map out effective responses to their environment and situations to promote successful outcomes. He has worked in group homes, school settings, office settings, and community settings with children, adolescents, and adults. He understands that overcoming mental health issues is a collaboration and not a one-sided interaction.

His extensive work with clients is comprised of managing anxiety disorders, depression disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, and numerous other personality and mood disorders. Zach employs therapeutic techniques include person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based therapy, and reality therapy.
