Description
Whether you're navigating coming out, managing family or cultural expectations, or simply looking for a space where your whole identity is seen and understood, this group offers connection, validation, and concrete strategies for thriving.
This group focuses on strengthening identity clarity and self-acceptance—honoring the intersection of queer identity with racial, ethnic, and cultural background. Together, members will build skills for navigating identity-related stress, including rejection sensitivity, internalized stigma, and the pressures of concealment. We'll also work on strengthening relational safety: setting boundaries, making thoughtful disclosure decisions, and repairing relationship ruptures.
Whether you're navigating coming out, managing family or cultural expectations, or simply looking for a space where your whole identity is seen and understood, this group offers connection, validation, and concrete strategies for thriving.
