Welcome! 8 week cohort starting soon. If you are curious about healing trauma and mental health through a holistic lens, you have found the right place. As a trauma therapist for 20 years I specialize in the nervous systems role in mental health and healing. Together we explore the physiology of stress, the biology of trauma and how to start to create lasting change in our bodies and brains. Our team offers a holistic approach to mental health for individuals seeking a deeper path to healing anxiety, depression, trauma, overwhelm & life transitions when talk therapy alone isn't cutting it. Our mind body wellness model focuses on nervous system-informed therapy to uncover & repattern the root causes of symptoms. Our compassionate & comprehensive approach nurtures the body, mind, heart, & spirit, to help you restore balance & well-being, awaken the body's innate capacity for healing & cultivate lasting change from the inside out.

Our Team:

Lauren Longtoe- MHC-LP: Integrates humanistic and person-centered therapy with somatic-informed practices to support individuals navigating trauma and life stressors. With a background as a registered yoga instructor and equine therapy, she incorporates mind–body awareness techniques that deepen the connection between the nervous system, body, and emotional well-being for realtime results.

Aliya Howard-MHC-LP: Integrates mindfulness, somatic, mind-body-spirit centered therapeutic approaches and techniques that deepen the connection to self empowerment, growth and healing. Specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, complex/intergenerational trauma, identity exploration, body image challenges, codependency, and relational pain.

Tiffany Lemmo: MHC-LP: With a background in exercise science, yoga and nutrition coaching, and equine therapy, she bridges the body mind connection leading to whole-istic health and wellness. Her client work experience includes active military personnel, veterans and families of the service, pre and postpartum women, trauma, and disordered eating.

Belicia Bethel- MHC-LP: On waitlist. Uses a combination of person-centered, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness based techniques in a culturally sensitive space where you're met with unconditional positive regard & genuine empathy to begin your journey to wellness.

Erin Cutrone, LMHC, Director/Owner/Supervisor: combines positive psychology, mindfulness, CBT, and mind-body awareness through nervous system awareness and training with studies in neuroscience and stress physiology.
