Description
This group is a process-oriented, time-limited experience in which 6-10 men will have facilitated discussions about common men's issues. This group will help men discuss and explore issues that affect their ability to connect with and support others. The experience of loneliness and disconnection will be a central theme.
You are a great fit for this group if you are looking for a safe, confidential place to explore confusing or controversial topics, are
20-45 years old, willing to talk about your own experiences, open to developing skills relating to offering and accepting support from other men, willing and able to commit to attendance at each of the weekly sessions in their entirety (barring unforeseen circumstances).
