Clinical Practice and Professional Background:
Kristin Jones holds a Doctoral Degree in Health Science, Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. As a licensed mental health counselor, her clinical practice is in Miami, Florida, where she sees Florida residents virtually.
Dr. Jones is intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), DBT Prolonged Exposure, and Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), and also has extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Yoga.
She specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety disorders, borderline personality disorder, and posttraumatic stress disorder.
