With over 10 years of experience, she also leads in-person psychotherapy groups focused on relationships, communication, self-esteem, and emotional awareness.
Many of Jennifer’s clients are thoughtful, capable individuals who feel stuck—whether in patterns of anxiety, dissatisfaction, self-doubt, or relationships that aren’t working as they’d like. They’re often ready for deeper self-understanding and meaningful, lasting change, but aren’t sure how to get there.
