This in-person, 6-week experiential group will empower you to reduce stress and anxiety through mindfulness skills, while fostering calm — wherever and whenever needed. Cultivate emotional wellness and improve mental health within a nurturing and transformative group environment, and create connections with like-minded peers. Welcoming individuals ages 18+ who seek lasting relief from stress and anxiety and desire to experience more peace and ease. Join us on this journey of mindfulness and relaxation!

Group Therapist

Joanna Barrett is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts, offering therapy for teens and adults with high Stress levels, busy lifestyles, Anxiety, Depression, Traumas, Life Transitions and Adjustments, and/or challenging relationship issues. She also has a passion for helping Women in Business, as well as Depth Work and Mindfulness Practices, though her clients vary (men are welcome, too!). If you're curious and introspective, you're in good company!
