🌱 Cultivate Your Professional and Spiritual Compassion

Dear fellow therapists,

In the ever-evolving landscape of psychology and spirituality, we often find ourselves navigating intricate and sensitive terrains alongside our clients. Our journey is one of profound impact and transformation, yet it can also be laden with challenges that require introspection, insight, and fresh perspectives. That's why I invite you to join our Group Consultation and Support for Therapists—a sanctuary for growth, exploration, and mutual nourishment.

🤝 Embracing the Power of Collaboration

As therapists, we dedicate ourselves to guiding others on their paths of healing and self-discovery. However, we too need spaces where we can pause, reflect, and learn from one another. Our group is designed to harness the collective wisdom of seasoned professionals who understand the nuances of psychology and spirituality. Through shared experiences, insights, and case discussions, we can uplift each other, renew our perspectives, and reinforce our passion for the transformative work we do.

Why Consultation and Support Matter

🌟Fresh Insights: Gain new perspectives on complex cases, unlocking innovative approaches to therapy that integrate psychology and spirituality seamlessly.

🌟Ethical Consideration: Delve into ethical dilemmas unique to blending psychological and spiritual modalities, and develop strategies to address them.

🌟Personal Growth: Explore your own spirituality and its influence on your therapeutic practice, fostering personal and professional development.

🌟Resilience Building: Cultivate emotional resilience by sharing the emotional weight of your work within a supportive community that truly comprehends the challenges you face.

🌟Holistic Approach: Seamlessly integrate psychological theories and spiritual principles, enhancing the holistic care you provide to your clients.

🗓️ Meeting Structure

Our group will meet weekly in an online environment. Each session will feature case discussions, resource sharing, and guided reflections that bridge the gap between psychology and spirituality. We believe in fostering an open and non-judgmental space where every voice is valued and heard.

Many adults struggle with unsatisfying lives. Many of us are exhausted, frustrated, anxious, and depressed. These mental health challenges manifest in malcontent jobs, difficulties with intimacy, people pleasing, self doubt, or lack of purpose. Amaia helps individuals, couples, and polycules gain a better understanding of what is causing the pain and the steps required to live a well lived life. Many clients seek a comforting space to work through challenges like work stress, relationship conflicts, or grief after loss.

Amaia supports clients as they work towards their life goals by providing them empathetic insight and perspective. She practices a couples therapy modality called the Gottman Method, which helps couples to deepen their emotional bond with each other and learn research based communication skills. She also works from a transpersonal view point to help clients engage with their spirituality as a way of furthering their meaning and purpose in life.

Amaia Oiz is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who sees all clients through Telehealth in Nevada and Florida. She earned a Master’s degree in Counseling and Educational Psychology at the University of Nevada, and also holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership.
