Dr. Vakili and associate have experience in working with individuals with various types forms anxiety, depression, personality disorders, panic disorder, trauma, OCD, burnout and agoraphobia who are having a hard time functioning on a daily basis, and provide specific tools to help clients regulate their emotions and take back control of their lives. We offer tele-health and In-person services.

When we re-wire our nervous system through Cognitive, somatic and behavioral interventions, we increase our ability to tolerate difficult emotions, manage stress, and experience healthy, sustainable relationships.
We also work with families with special needs children ( ADHD, Autism, Etc.), who are experiencing challenging behaviors, and offers "Parent Management Training" (PMT), which focuses on helping parents develop and strengthen their skills, to reduce challenging behaviors in their child (e.g., aggression, defiance) and improve their communication and relationship with their child and improve their child’s level of functioning and bring peace back to their household.

Session fees are between: $135- $250 per session for Individual therapy
