About

What services does your practice offer?

Bodyful Healing is a somatic psychotherapy practice devoted to the care and healing of Black women, Indigenous women, and women of the global majority. We offer individual therapy and groups for those living with depression, anxiety, disordered eating, and trauma.

What are your practice's specialties?

The therapists at Bodyful Healing specialize in a variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, trauma, disordered eating, and dissociative disorders.

Why should I choose your practice?

Bodyful Healing is unique in that all of our providers are dance/movement therapists and somatic practitioners. We have extensive training in nervous system regulation and understand the importance of inviting both the brain and body into the healing process.

How does payment work at your practice?

We are in-network with Cigna; and out of network with all other insurances. If you are not covered by CIgna, our fees range from $175-250 per 45-minute session depending on the provider and service offered.

If you have out-of-network benefits associated with Aetna, United, Oxford, Empire BCBS, we will bill insurance directly for you! If you are eligible for reimbursement, your insurance company will reimburse you directly.

We offer complimentary benefits checks, direct insurance billing + limited sliding scale appointments for financial hardship.
