About

How does payment work at your practice?

We’re here to make things easier on you. Where we don’t have in-network benefits, we can help you to understand your health insurance policy and coverage for our services.

In Massachusetts, we’re working to soon be in-network and are currently available to anyone in the state for private pay services. See information below on out-of-network reimbursement.

Claims may be submitted at the completion of each session or after a block of sessions. If your insurance company reimburses for our services, your Brightline Care Navigator will provide you with a detailed receipt for services that you can submit to them. Often, reimbursement takes time, but many insurance companies now have made this a process you can do online.

What services does your practice offer?

Brightline is a virtual behavioral and mental health provider that brings families care right where and when you need it. We offer virtual coaching programs, behavior therapy, evaluation and medication support, and speech therapy for kids and teens — and work closely with parents and caregivers to support you along the way, too.
