In Massachusetts, we’re working to soon be in-network and are currently available to anyone in the state for private pay services. See information below on out-of-network reimbursement.
Claims may be submitted at the completion of each session or after a block of sessions. If your insurance company reimburses for our services, your Brightline Care Navigator will provide you with a detailed receipt for services that you can submit to them. Often, reimbursement takes time, but many insurance companies now have made this a process you can do online.
Brightline is a virtual behavioral and mental health provider that brings families care right where and when you need it. We offer virtual coaching programs, behavior therapy, evaluation and medication support, and speech therapy for kids and teens — and work closely with parents and caregivers to support you along the way, too.
Adolescent mental health - Working with adolescents, teenagers, and parents on social, academic, and/or emotional challenges throughout teenage years; addressing anxiety, family conflicts, peer relationships, school stress, transition to college, social media pressures, self-esteem, hopelessness about the future, emotional disregulation
Child mental health - Specialized strategies for common childhood disorders including attention issues, attachment problems, behavioral disorders, learning disorders, autism spectrum diagnoses, and feeding or elimination issues.
Compulsive behavior - Coping with overwhelming urges and impulses, such as hair pulling or skin picking; developing alternative ways to reduce stress and alleviate suffering
ADHD - Skill-building and support around organizational challenges, distracted attention, procrastination; building and maintaining healthy routines and structure
Developmental disorders - Support coping with and understanding a child’s unique strengths and challenges; strengthening social and communication skills; parent training and coaching
Communication issues - Developing effective interpersonal skills in relationships withpartners, families, and co-workers; using healthy methods of communication to convey needs and respond to others
