At CALM Counseling, we believe that self-improvement and meaningful change are within your reach. We help clients of all ages to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and pursue a life that is more intentional. We also believe that hope is such an important piece of the puzzle- so we work to cultivate and maintain this along the way.
Our skilled clinicians work with clients on body image, relationship issues, fertility concerns, and parenting. Additionally, all of our therapists have training in working with eating disorders. We take a relational approach to the work-meaning we think establishing a close working relationship is a healing experience. By taking a relational stance, we work towards understanding attachment styles and other family of origin issues in order to explore how attachment wounds show up in other parts of our life.
At CALM Counseling we offer individual, couples, group, and family therapy, as well as parent coaching.
At CALM Counseling, we specialize in a variety of issues, including body image, relationship issues, fertility concerns, parenting, and eating disorders / disordered eating.
CALM Counseling is private pay only. Session fees range from $85 to $185 for individual therapy depending on the therapist. We do have sliding scale spots available, so please ask if that is needed. Additionally, we are able to provide super bills if desired.
