Crescent Moon Therapy is a perinatal mental health practice, specializing in working with individuals throughout their reproductive journey. Crescent Moon offers a supportive hand for individuals throughout the perinatal period, life transitions, and more. Our mission is to provide a safe, welcoming space for individuals to be vulnerable about their personal journey. We create space for clients to share their feelings and receive validation and support in order to feel empowered in themselves and their abilities as a human.

We offer individual therapy services to those during pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood. We specialize in working with individuals going through loss at any point of the perinatal period as well as infertility challenges. Common areas of concern for clients include stress around parenthood, body image issues, mood changes, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and more.

It takes an incredible amount of bravery to take the first step toward supporting your mental health. We are glad you’re here.
