Hey there! I'm Beatrice, but you can call me Bea :) I'm a seasoned therapist with a trauma-informed approach, specializing in helping clients understand the impact of early-life trauma. I love to incorporate spirituality, faith, and manifestations into our work. Doing guided meditations in sessions to help clients do deep healing work is one of my secret sauces that help clients grow in leaps and bounds.
I find great joy in assisting clients in recognizing patterns in their lives and cultivating new ones. As an intuitive therapist, I listen attentively and tailor my approach to meet your needs, using my inner guidance to inform our sessions.
I am trained and experienced in modalities proven to alleviate depression and anxiety, improve relationships, and navigate trauma or other major life adjustments.

Currently, I offer virtual sessions for individual therapy on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In some cases, I also provide couples therapy, particularly when I am already working with one partner individually. The virtual platform I use is HIPAA-compliant, ensuring the highest standards of privacy and security. My goal is to deliver the best and most effective evidence-based care to all my clients.
