Practice Information

Welcome! We are honored that you’re considering beginning your therapeutic journey with us. One of the most rewarding aspects of our work as therapists is being a part of your story and supporting you on your path to unlocking your authentic self.

We understand the delicate balance of managing multiple roles—whether as a partner, parent, sibling, friend, or professional—and the challenges that come with juggling life’s many responsibilities. If you're feeling overwhelmed, know that you've come to the right place.

To help you get started, we offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. This initial conversation allows us to explore your goals, answer any questions you may have about the therapy process, and determine whether we are the right fit for your needs. If we find that a different provider may better serve you, we are happy to guide you in the right direction.

Our sessions typically last between 50-60 minutes, and we recommend meeting weekly or biweekly at first, gradually transitioning to less frequent sessions as progress is made. We recognize that every therapeutic journey is unique, and our approach is always tailored to your individual needs—there is no “one size fits all” method here.

We would love to hear about the vision you have for your future self and support you in making it a reality. Reach out for a consultation today—we look forward to connecting with you!
