Hope Harbor Mental Health Counseling offers virtual 45 minute counseling sessions in NY for individuals (ages 12+), couples, and families.
Our licensed therapists specialize in a variety of areas including anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions and adjustments, grief and loss, disordered eating, relationship issues, stress, low self esteem, and conflict resolution.
Hope Harbor Mental Health Counseling has a team of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors and Licensed Clinical Social Workers with extensive experience working in the mental health field. Each therapist aims to provide you with the best care possible, offering empathy, support, and guidance.
Our practice is in network with most United Health Care, Oxford, Oscar, Aetna, Cigna, and BCBS plans. If you do not have one of these insurances, our fees range from $150 to $200 depending on the service offered. For those with out of network benefits, we will provide you with the paperwork necessary to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
