Our adminstration staff members are compassionate and energetic, they will assist you with your intake paperwork and answer questions regarding your insurance plan. Our therapists are experienced, clinically strong, and gentle as they help you navigate your life stressors. The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners at Hope & Healing are personable and understanding should you choose to explore medication options to assist in your healing journey. What ever your therapy goals are, we will meet you there.
Hope & Healing Counseling Services is a full-service therapy group practice located in NJ, FL, and PA. We offer counseling to individuals, couples, groups, and family therapy sessions. In addition, we have caring Nurse Practitioners that provide medication management. Our administration staff will be kind and patient as they assist you in scheduling your appointments. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service.
We are in-network with all Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna/Evernorth plans. We accept Aetna, United Healthcare/Optum, and Beacon/Carelon as out of network. This means that we will still submit claims to your insurance plan and they will be processed utilizing your out of network benefits. If you do not have health insurance, our rates are $120 for the initial psychiatric evaluation and $90 for follow up sessions.

Stress management - Strengthening effective ways of coping with the stress of life and change; managing expectations of self and others
Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
Emotion regulation - Learning how to effectively manage the ups and downs of intense emotions; developing coping skills to use in a variety of settings to calm oneself and to give an appropriate amount of space to emotions
