At LAMCO Wellness, we provide personalized, holistic mental health care that centers on one guiding principle: every client is a whole person with a real story, not just a set of symptoms. We are redefining what modern mental health care looks like by building a responsive, client-centered support system that goes beyond traditional therapy and medication management. At LAMCO, no one is left to navigate care alone. Our clinicians, intake coordinators, and prescribers function as a collaborative team, ensuring that every client receives thoughtful, ongoing support throughout their entire journey with us.
From the first point of contact, clients are guided by a licensed intake coordinator trained to gently support them through one of the most vulnerable stages of seeking care. Using information about each client’s symptoms, needs, availability, and lived experiences, the coordinator presents up to three matched clinicians for the client to choose from—empowering them to begin care with someone they feel truly comfortable with.
After the match is made, the coordinator handles scheduling and introductions to make the transition into care seamless. Once therapy begins, the clinician reaches out personally to start building a connection prior to the first session. After a month of care, we follow up to ensure the client feels supported, heard, and aligned with their clinician. If a client needs psychiatric support, their clinician and our prescribers work together to coordinate services—so clients never need to search for help on their own.
