I am so glad you are here. Our clinicians have years of experience working with individuals experiencing self-doubt, anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjusting to the effects of disabilities. We are all passionate about providing hope for all of life's struggles. In our practice, we want to help you improve relationships--starting with the most important relationship, the relationship with yourself. Whether you are single, dating, married, or navigating a divorce, we want to help you be the best version of you.
We have clinicians trained in a wide variety of treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, Reality Therapy, and Systems Therapy. We provide individual, couples, group, and family therapy. Lots of times, unresolved issues spill over into relationships. Thus, we also work with couples in premarital and marital counseling. Our team consists of LGBTQ+ affirming therapists.
If you do not have one of these health insurances, our fees are $175 per session. We are also happy to provide you with a superbill to submit out-of-network claims to your insurance provider. Please note, we do not bill any insurance for couples counseling.
Through our non-judgmental guidance and culturally sensitive mental health care, we are dedicated to providing a safe space in your natural environment while you embark on the healing journey of self-care. We can provide effective strategies for managing common struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief or relationship issues - so that you may find peace and acceptance within yourself again.
