Mindful Transformations Group Practice is a full-service in-person/remote therapy group in West Hartford CT. We offer individuals, couples, groups, and workshops. We use a variety of modalities such as Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), shadow work, solution-focused approach, and trauma reprocessing.

Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Life coaching - Identifying intentions and implementing strategies to build resilience and work towards one’s personal, health, or career goals
Stress management - Strengthening effective ways of coping with the stress of life and change; managing expectations of self and others
Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
Self-care - Learning what effective self-care looks like and incorporating these strategies into daily life; developing an awareness of wellbeing to identify when one needs to practice self-care
