Octave is a modern behavioral health practice that supports your emotional well-being through a broad range of services. At Octave, we partner with you to develop a personalized care plan that best suits your needs.
Octave is your partner for mental health and emotional well-being. Our model — based on consistent measurement of your progress — brings traditional and innovative care pathways together. We know everyone’s needs are different with one thing in common: We all want to make progress towards our goals.
In California, Octave is in-network with Anthem Blue Cross of CA (and some Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans based outside of CA), Aetna, and Health Net / Managed Health Network (MHN) plans. Octave does not accept any other insurance at this time. However, if you have other insurance and wish to utilize out-of-network benefits we are happy to provide a superbill with which you can submit a claim for reimbursement.
Our therapists utilize approaches including CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based methods.
Our therapists specialize in a wide array of topics and modalities, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationships, and trauma.
Octave is a modern practice creating a new standard for mental healthcare that’s both high-quality and accessible to more people. With in-person and virtual clinics in California and New York, we partner with you to develop personalized plans that can include individual therapy, couples therapy, and workshops to best suit your needs. Grounded in science, our approach enables you to experience profound change that is just as measurable as it is meaningful.
