In California, Octave is in-network with Anthem Blue Cross of CA (and some Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans based outside of CA), Aetna, and Health Net / Managed Health Network (MHN) plans. Octave does not accept any other insurance at this time. However, if you have other insurance and wish to utilize out-of-network benefits we are happy to provide a superbill with which you can submit a claim for reimbursement.
