Practice Information

Recovering from relational trauma often requires more than general therapy. You need a clinician who understands how insidious and damaging toxic relationship dynamics can be, and how difficult healing can feel. Emotional abuse is often subtle and confusing, leaving many people questioning themselves for years before fully recognizing the impact of the relationship.

We specialize in supporting individuals impacted by emotional abuse, narcissistic dynamics, and relational stress. Our approach is clear, grounded, and trauma-based; meeting you where you are while helping you reclaim your sense of self, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and hope.

Our mission is to guide each person through recovery, self-discovery, and empowerment. Through compassionate, evidence-based care, we help clients rebuild their sense of self and move toward greater emotional freedom. At RTTC, every story matters, and every step toward healing is honored.
