Sage Wellness is a full-service mental health therapy group located in midtown Wilmington, NC with a wide range of specialties including: couples, teachers, both men and women who are walking through infertility, those diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and/or Hashimoto’s Disease, individuals who have experienced sexual and family trauma, struggle with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties, adults navigating divorce, grief, loss, self-acceptance, and rebuilding after challenging life transitions, couples and individuals ages 18+ who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, military life, infertility, trauma, chronic illness, faith and spirituality issues, and perinatal/postpartum issues, OCD, ADHD, faith-based therapy, chronic illness and more.

Do you take insurace? We are currently in-network with BlueCross BlueShield and Aetna.
What happens if I have an insurance you don't accept? The good news is that you can still receive therapeutic services at Sage! You would be considered a "self-pay" client and we can provide you with a super-bill* to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement for services.
What is a super-bill*? A super-bill is a detailed invoice that provides the insurance company with the information necessary to determine if the services will be reimbursed, based on your specific healthcare plan.
What are your self-pay rates? Great question! Our intake rate is $155, and all follow-ups are $135 per session.
How long are sessions? Sessions are typically about 55 minutes.
What formats are offered for therpeutic services? Sage Wellness is proud to offer both in-person sessions as well as virtual sessions.
