We are stress management experts and we specialize in helping busy adults address key factors contributing to burnout. Research indicates that over 50% of Americans are stressed at work. We also know that high levels of stress impact our relationships. Many people tend to manage stress by vacillating between an all-or-nothing lifestyle. Some subscribe to the work hard play hard philosophy. This approach can be effective for some in the short-term; however, long-term, it can lead to burnout. That’s where we come in. We want to teach you BALANCED approach to life where you can live a thriving social/family life AND have energy to climb that corporate ladder!
What makes us unique? We offer customized, convenient, and caring services. Dr. Reynolds and her team members offer free 15 minute consultation phone calls. During that conversation, we will gather information from you about what type of service you're looking for. We will then provide personalized recommendations and answer any of your questions (customized). In addition, we strive to make our sessions as convenient as possible for you. With our virtual telehealth sessions, you never have to fight bumper-to-bumper traffic and break a sweat driving across town. All you need is a private, quiet space and access to a smartphone or computer. Simply login to our HIPAA-compliant waiting room and we’ll be there to guide you the rest of the way (convenient). At Self-Care Simplified, we know how hard it can be to take that first step and we strive to return all phone calls made to the practice, even if we may not be the best fit for you. If we can’t help you, we’d love to help you find someone who can (caring).
