At Sequim Counseling, we have 40+ clinicians. We provide both therapy and psychiatric medication management to individuals across Washington — with in-person sessions available in our Sequim office and secure telehealth services offered statewide. We accept all major insurances to make care as accessible and stress-free as possible. We provide both in-person sessions at our Sequim office and secure telehealth services to clients throughout Washington State. Our licensed therapists and psychiatric nurse practitioner work collaboratively to support a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. By integrating therapy and medication services under one roof, we aim to make care more coordinated, convenient, and effective. We accept all major insurances and are committed to making high-quality mental health care accessible and personalized for every client.

At Sequim Counseling, we are in-network with most of the major insurances. If you don't have, or don't want to use your insurance, we offer sessions for $120 for counseling. If we don't accept your insurance, we can give you a receipt called a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
Depression - Providing support and promoting healing of hopelessness, low motivation and energy, sadness, irritability, sleep disturbance, and loss of interest and pleasure in life
Loss, grief, and bereavement - Emotionally preparing for the anticipated passing of a loved one; managing feelings and reactions to a death or loss of significance; support during the process of healing and acceptance
Relationship issues - Understanding one’s wants and needs in relationships; exploring patterns of interaction, addressing concerns, and strengthening satisfaction in relationships and dating
Stress management - Strengthening effective ways of coping with the stress of life and change; managing expectations of self and others
Trauma - Coping and healing after threatening or scary events, such as witnessing accidents or experiencing sexual, verbal, emotional, or physical abuse
