Message to clients

My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment to facilitate whatever healing and growth you are ready to pursue in the moment.

Emotional wellness involves a combination of treatment modalities including but not limited to; psychotropic medications, psychoeducation, psychotherapy, and lifestyle adjustments such as diet and exercise. My role is to utilize as few medications as possible to gain maximum benefit, while minimizing potential side effects. * I do not routinely prescribe benzodiazepines medications (Xanax, Ativan, Valium, & Klonopin). I am happy to assist motivated individuals to gradually and safely taper off these medications.*

I am currently accepting new patients ages 18-65. Beware all: my unruly cat Isabella ‘Izzy’ and cute-as-a-button-but-needy dog named Ted may make a surprise guest appearance at any time!
