Message to clients

As we begin psychiatric evaluation and medication management, I want you to know that my role is to partner with you. I conduct a detailed evaluation that goes beyond symptoms—I consider your medical history, personal values, past treatment experiences, and your goals for the future. My aim is to help you understand your diagnosis, your options, and what each medication can realistically offer so that you can make informed decisions about your care.

I support clients facing anxiety, depression, peripartum and postpartum depression, fertility challenges, PMDD, and perimenopause. In our early session, we explore your symptoms, history , and patterns to build a personalized plan. Many Clients notice improved clarity and mood within weeks. We will adjust our approach for consistent progress

I hope you will feel comfortable asking questions, expressing concerns, and sharing how treatment is affecting your daily life. Your voice matters, and I want you to feel empowered throughout this process. We will adjust and refine your plan as needed so you receive compassionate, evidence-based care that truly supports your mental health.
