Professional statement

I’m a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner offering medication management alongside personalized therapy rooted in science and heart. My approach blends EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and practical behavioral tools—all designed to support the whole person: mind, body, and nervous system.

I provide medication support for a wide range of mental health concerns, including panic attacks, generalized anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and sleep difficulties. Whether you’re exploring medication for the first time or looking to revisit what’s been tried before, I collaborate with you to find a treatment plan that feels aligned with your values, preferences, and lived experience.

Message to clients

Many of my clients are in long-term recovery from substance use, perfectionism, burnout, or people-pleasing. They’re ready to move beyond coping and start reconnecting—with themselves, their values, and what truly matters. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and clarity as you move toward the life you want to live.

If you’re looking for thoughtful, integrative care from someone who sees the big picture—you’re in the right place. Let’s find what works for you, together.
