Ms. Sarah can provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis of conditions, medication management, and therapy. She has passionately worked in the community with women, children, and families to promote mental wellness for over 7 years. She successfully completed a master’s degree in nursing as a psychiatric and mental health nurse at Walden University. Ms. Sarah is a psychiatric & behavioral wellness practitioner at Contigo Integrated Behavioral Health in San Antonio, TX but serves all of Texas, New Mexico, Nevada, South Dakota, Kansas, Vermont, Arizona, Oklahoma, Washington and Minnesota currently. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Ms. Sarah treats individuals who have concerns with infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause women, men or women with concerns of sexual dysfunction or low libido, and children ages 5 to 18 years old with concerns of mood, anxiety, psychotic disorders, impulsivity and immigration waivers. She also provides healthcare regimes for substance abuse and psychological trauma.

Immigration Evaluations - Addressing the mental health and capability of an individual seeking to immigrate to the U.S. It is used to help immigration courts decide if a person should remain in the United States.
