Message to clients

Hi, My name is Tamara, I am glad you took this first step in seeking some support for whatever pain you are going through. Life certainly isn't simple for any of us... Our pace of life , and the daily pressures we face ( parenting issues, school work, peer pressure, coping with a chronic illness, or a recent break up, etc;) often can seem overwhelming. Often we can cope fine, but when too many things hit all at once, we can become sad, anxious, or angry. We start having headaches, can't sleep, gain or lose weight, lash out at those we care about and can't turn our minds off . All the ways we have managed in the past just aren't working any more, or we've developed unhealthy habits to cope ( drinking/spending/ or eating too much, taking risks we otherwise would not have taken ( gambling, substance misuse, skipping going into work or school) or making other poor decisions.

If any of this sounds familiar, I am here to help!

I can help you to learn new ways of coping. If you lack hope it's ok, you can borrow mine! I will listen and in a non judgemental atmosphere , & together we can come up with a plan that works for you. This is achieved through talking, looking at your past/present , skill building exercises and where appropriate, using medication. Call for a brief consultation today and stop suffering!
