You have made the first step; now lets connect. There are times in our life when we might feel overwhelmed, confused, unheard when trying to manage daily stressors. Therapy is a journey I can help embark upon. I have worked with clients with issues ranging from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, major life transitions, PTSD, ADHD, and chronic pain; as well as child/parent struggles using empathy, empowerment and non judge-mental support.
