Message to clients

Hello, my approach to therapy is creating a therapeutic space that is collaborative, authentic and respectful. I consider you to be the expert on your life and relationships. I am simply following along. Think of me a consultant, supporting you as you explore the possibilities and solutions already within you, your relationships and family.

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and work with individuals, couples and families. Working from a systemic perspective, I look at how the whole system is interacting and functioning.

I work to support individuals, couples and families of all sexual orientations, gender identities and ethnicities. Please reach out if you are struggling. I look forward to meeting with you.

Currently, I am not taking private insurance for couples/family therapy.
