Professional statement

Adrienne Diggs is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She works with clients that are experiencing life transitions, grief, and bereavement. We all go through life transitions and grieving at some point during our life. There are times when we need assistance in navigating through this difficult process. Grief can come in many different forms. We may grieve because of the death of a loved one; due to an unfulfilled dream, divorce, relocation, or some other life transition.

We grieve because we love. When I work with clients I go at their pace and work on building a relationship and rapport. Sessions with me are designed to be a safe place to express any uncomfortable or painful feelings.

My goal vision for the clients I serve is to help them celebrate the life and memory of their loved ones. To embrace life transitions, such as a divorce or career changes as opportunities for growth.

If you feel like we'd be a good fit. Reach out today for a free consultation. I look forward to helping you on your healing journey.

Message to clients

It is important for a client to find a therapist that they feel comfortable and safe enough to express their deepest uncensored feelings. My style is to be nonjudgemental with an empathetic and compassionate approach.

The vision is to build a strong rapport, to be focused and present in each session. The sessions will be client centered. The client will be guided in the session and proceed at their own pace. They know when it is the right time to reveal their feelings and life events. The sessions will be interactive and the client will take an active role in setting their own goals.
