Message to clients

Change is a personal choice that is often uncomfortable." "What you allow will continue." These are two mantras I often come back to in our work together — because real growth usually asks something of us, but staying stuck asks something of us too.

Through cognitive behavioral therapy and other therapeutic approaches, I look forward to helping you find creative solutions that bring about deep and meaningful change in your life. My goal is to provide an encouraging, safe, and judgment-free space where you can talk openly about what's weighing on you, and work through it in a way that helps you operate at a higher-functioning, more fulfilled version of yourself.

If you're ready to make that choice — even the uncomfortable parts — I'd be honored to help you through it.
