Professional statement

My goal is to help clients transform their pain into an opportunity for self-discovery, healing and empowerment, to ultimately reclaim their voice, purpose, and self-worth. I welcome individuals who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, lost, or that they "don't belong" as well as people who have experienced abuse or struggle with a harsh inner critic. I welcome individuals and couples looking for greater self-awareness, connection, and emotional growth. My aim is to explore with curiosity and kindness the aspects of life clients wish to attend.

Sessions with me often explore the interplay between conscious and unconscious processes, shedding light on how past experiences, relationships, and emotions influence current behavior and thought patterns. By attuning to the deeper aspects of oneself, clients gain insight into unresolved conflicts that may be impacting their mental health and well-being.

I am a relational therapist which means that I am a very real person in the room. I also value imperfection, awkwardness and the messiness of life and relationships. I'm a fan of being human and all it entails.

Message to clients

I often work with people whose protective patterns—while once necessary—have become sources of emotional pain, strained relationships, or symptoms like addiction, anxiety, and depression. I see therapy as a space to explore these patterns with curiosity and care. By paying attention to how you relate to yourself, others, and even to me in the room, we begin to uncover the deeper threads shaping your experience. Over time, this process can open the door to more freedom, connection, and meaningful change.

If you think we could be a good fit please reach out and we can start with an initial 20 minute consultation.
