I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with fifteen years of experience providing group and individual psychotherapeutic services to adults, children, adolescents, and families. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, substance use concerns, sexuality and identity, communication and relationships. I am a seasoned clinician with command of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches to therapy, with an emphasis in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

I completed my Masters of Social Work with a concentration in Clinical Practice at The Catholic University of America. Prior to earning my graduate degree, I worked in the non-profit and government sectors, serving adults with severe mental health concerns and co-occurring substance use disorders, with an emphasis in mental health crisis intervention. My postgraduate work has been with children and families experiencing crisis, trauma, and family disruption. Most recently, I served the members of Kaiser Permanente as an adult psychotherapist and leader in the Adult Intensive Outpatient Program.

I pride myself on collaborating effectively individuals and their resources to develop a strong working relationship in order to produce best possible outcomes.
