Message to clients

Sometimes we feel gridlocked in our personal lives or our relationships, but it can be very difficult to break out of the patterns we find ourselves in. We wonder if our experiences are normal, but it feels too vulnerable to share the deepest truths of what we’re going through with friends or family. Maybe we wonder “does everyone’s marriage look like mine?” or “am I the only one that worries about these types of things?”

I specialize in working with couples and individuals who feel like they’re unable to create change within themselves and their lives. I help couples learn how to better communicate and navigate conflict; to face the topics that are hard to bring up in a healthy, safe manner. I meet individuals where they are in their journey and help guide them to a place of healing, meaning and peace.

My primary goal is to create a space where my clients feel safe, understood and supported, as this may be the only place someone has during their week to let down their walls. I challenge my clients to reflect and grow, and ultimately to be their most authentic selves. If you would like to learn more, please message me below to set up a free 15-minute phone consultation.
