Message to clients

Life can have moments where speaking to someone outside of your immediate circle may be helpful in processing a life transition, working on behaviors or thoughts that are getting in the way of personal wellbeing (e.g. anxiety related concerns, perfectionism, compulsions, internal hyperactivity), or aid in identifying ways to improve mental wellness.

My therapy approach is a blend of being honest, collaborative, and empathetic, while helping you identifying and processing realistic areas for change that may transform overtime. My clinical lens is multifaceted, including one that is behaviorally & cognitively based, culturally sensitive, person-centered, and strengths-based. I believe you are the driver of your life and try to facilitate this in the therapeutic process.
