Amanda is a trauma-informed therapist who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the field of mental health, with a strong focus on trauma therapy utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). With a diverse background spanning over two decades, Amanda has demonstrated a commitment to serving individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and special needs individuals.

Throughout Amanda's career, she has worked diligently to address the unique needs of their clientele, drawing upon a combination of evidence-based modalities and personalized approaches. Amanda has consistently prioritized the well-being of her clients above all else. Amanda is a graduate of the University of South Dakota, where she earned a Master's in Clinical Social Work, building upon a solid foundation laid during her undergraduate studies in Psychology at the University of Michigan.

Logistic details: Amanda offers tele counseling sessions in Wyoming and Montana through Mind of Peace Counseling. She does not currently offer in-person sessions. The Mind of Peace Clinical Coordinator, Raine, reaches out to all new inquiries within 24 business hours to go over intake and scheduling.
