I help women seeking deep emotional processing in the search of being calm, connected, and safe in their physical body so they are more able to live a life that is in alignment with their authentic self.
I can provide you an understanding of your nervous system that will help you learn what your body is trying to communicate to you.
I will provide you a space in the counseling relationship that will help you compassionately explore your emotions while learning how to emotionally regulate.
This process is done through the use of the evidenced base modality of EMDR as well as Brainspotting.
-Fully **VIRTUAL** Practice available to WISCONSIN residents
-Offering EVENING (after 4pm) appointment times Tuesday-Thursday to help accommodate any work or school schedule
