She/Her/Hers
Psychologist, PsyDShe/Her/Hers
Psychologist, PsyDDr. Andrea Liner is a licensed psychologist in Colorado (also credentialed through PsyPact allowing her to see clients from 26 states and counting) who supports clients working through depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict, and major life transitions. Dr. Liner is an expert in working with millennials, particularly as they navigate the negative emotions and experiences that can arise when stepping into adult life. Many of her clients come in when they are fed up with comparing themselves to others and where they “should” be in life. Her goal is to work with clients to increase understanding of themselves, and replace feelings of shame and guilt with confidence in their innate worthiness.
Dr. Liner draws from her psychodynamic training and adds in key elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This means that not only does Dr. Liner help clients learn from their past (specifically their early relationships and experiences) but she also teaches skills to handle the negative emotions that impact daily life. She does this by identifying a client’s core values and authentic self, then staying true to both while collaboratively providing guidance on promoting happy, healthy living.
Dr. Liner earned her PsyD from The George Washington University. With extensive experience in mood disorders, life transitions, relationship conflicts, and self growth, she brings her friendly, kind, and relatable presence into each session.
