Message to clients

Welcome to my private practice. I hope we can work together to identify your goals and work on finding solutions. I am passionate about helping others and enjoy seeing the positive changes in the clients I work with. I have helped many people with self-esteem and relationship issues, such as codependency and communication problems. I am a good listener and I have a warm and caring approach. I believe that building a strong therapeutic relationship in therapy can help the healing process. When you can be yourself and feel accepted, healing and change can happen.

I believe we all have the ability to change, but we often feel stuck and unsure of what to do. I think by talking honestly and openly in therapy clients are able to find their own solutions and insights. It's my honor to guide my clients through that process. My hope is that you will feel comfortable and find my approach nonjudgmental and accepting. I think it takes a lot of courage to begin therapy and I congratulate you on taking that step! Please don't hesitate if you have any questions regarding my practice or therapy.

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
