Beth Johnson, LMFT has over 15 years experience working with individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. She is a seasoned therapist in helping clients emerge from feeling discontent, recover from a transition or relationship and/or learn how to better deal with struggles. Beth helps individuals understand their obstacles, internal and external, that impact how they move through the world and limit a sense of well being.
Beth’s therapeutic approach is warm, curious and supportive. Therapy is a relational, collaborative process and Beth will work with you to heal from unresolved grief, trauma, feelings of abandonment, shame and/or anxiety so you can feel like your true self.
Beth is trained in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Developmental and Relational Trauma and Mindfulness and Meditation. Although Beth sees adult individuals of all ages, she has a speciality in working with individuals in midlife. Beth is member of the North American Menopause Society.
